Samuel Isaiah Kane

Samuel Kane is a distinguished attorney practicing in Anthony, New Mexico. He earned a degree in Mathematics from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, where he was an active member of the Mathematics Association of America. His academic journey continued at the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Order of the Coif distinction and served as a Justice on the Law School’s Supreme Court.

After law school, Mr. Kane gained invaluable experience as a Federal law clerk for District Judge Robert C. Brack at the Las Cruces, New Mexico Federal Court. This role provided him with a unique insight into the judicial process from within the chambers. His commitment to legal excellence is evident as he continuously expands his knowledge through courses and seminars.

Samuel Kane holds a license to practice law in both New Mexico and Florida. Since opening his law practice in 2004, he has focused on a wide range of legal areas, emphasizing serious catastrophic and personal injury cases. His extensive trial experience includes participation in over 1,000 bench and jury trials, particularly involving DWI charges and misdemeanors.

Mr. Kane has also managed the public defender contract for the City of Las Cruces, conducting at least one trial a month and fostering professional relationships with the Las Cruces Municipal Courts. Furthermore, he possesses significant expertise in handling complex contested probate matters, including multimillion-dollar disputes, and specializes in preparing estate wills, trusts, and other testamentary documents.
