Mr. Tolley earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2014. During his time in law school, he was actively engaged with the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society, competing in numerous trials and appellate advocacy competitions nationwide.
Before law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice. After law school, Mr. Tolley began his legal career as a prosecutor, handling thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases. His competence in court led to his rapid promotion to a special unit prosecutor role, where he dealt with serious first-degree felony cases, including attempted murders.
Transitioning to private practice, Mr. Tolley worked at a Civil Litigation Insurance Defense Firm, managing substantial caseloads and representing several AAA-rated insurance carriers such as Citizens Property, ASI, ARK Royal, Prepared, Progressive, Security First, and Weston.
Beyond his professional duties, Mr. Tolley is committed to community involvement. Since 2014, he has been mentoring and coaching law students as the head coach of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad School of Law's mock trial program.
