Russel Morgan, the founding member and principal of our firm, specializes in commercial and contract litigation, trust and estate planning, and business and personal asset protection. His expertise extends to wealth preservation and dynasty succession planning. Russel assists clients with a wide range of commercial and personal transactional work, including the preparation, restructuring, and litigation of various contracts.

Russel Morgan was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and maintains a strong connection to his roots. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the City University of New York Brooklyn College and his Juris Doctor from the New York Law School. After passing the New York State Bar Exam, Russel furthered his legal education with a Certification in Maritime Law and International Contract Law from Lloyd's of London.
