Diane Tiveron

Diane Tiveron serves as a Partner and the Chairperson of the Corporate & Business Law Department at Tiveron Law PLLC. With an extensive legal career spanning more than 29 years, she holds a strong educational foundation in economics and business administration. Ms. Tiveron expertly guides clients through processes such as business formations, acquisitions, sales, and dissolutions, assisting with structures including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. Her expertise extends to preparing commercial documents and contracts, from employment agreements to leases.

Focusing on nonprofit law, Ms. Tiveron advises organizations on governance and the complexities of obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, including 501(c) classifications. Her practice also encompasses bankruptcy law, where she provides counsel to both individuals and businesses facing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 issues, while also protecting creditors' rights and addressing general collection needs.

In collaboration with the Litigation Department at Tiveron Law, Ms. Tiveron engages in civil litigation across all courts in Western New York. She addresses commercial disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, collections, foreclosures, and other business-related issues.
