Jeffrey J. Tyrpak

Jeffrey J. Tyrpak, originally from Amherst, New York, pursued his education at Fordham University, where he earned a BA in International Political Economy in 2010. He continued his academic journey at UB Law School, receiving his JD with a focus on Finance Transactions in 2013.

Mr. Tyrpak began his legal career in New York City at a small firm. During this time, he handled federal litigation concerning collective bargaining agreements and ERISA for employee benefit funds. His work also included government compliance issues related to the Affordable Care Act and ERISA.

In December 2016, Mr. Tyrpak returned to his roots in Buffalo and joined our team. At HoganWillig, he is a key member of the Real Estate Department. His prior role involved significant responsibilities in Trust and Estate Law, where he managed planning, guardianship, and estate administration tasks.
