Jessica M. Peraza

Jessica M. Peraza is a dedicated Counsel within the firm's Trusts & Estates Department. Her practice is centered on Estate Planning and Administration, Medicaid and Long-term Care Planning, and Wealth Management. Her legal journey began with an internship under Hon. Barbara Howe at the Erie County Surrogate’s Court and a role in the Public Benefits Unit of Neighborhood Legal Services. Her diverse experience spans residential foreclosures, labor law in both public and private sectors, contract negotiations, probate matters, third-party credit collections, and client representation in administrative hearings and arbitrations.

Jessica earned a B.A. in Spanish Language & Literature and Government from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, where she also spent a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain. She graduated cum laude with a J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2015.

Ms. Peraza is admitted to practice law in New York. She is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the WNY Women’s Bar Association.
