Robert J. Maranto

Robert J. Maranto, a lifelong resident of Western New York, has established deep connections within the community. He graduated from Canisius College and earned his law degree from Duquesne University in 1992, where he contributed to the Duquesne Law Review. Robert began his career at Saperston & Day, a leading insurance defense firm in Buffalo, working in the Insurance Coverage Department.

In 1995, seeking more fulfilling work, Robert transitioned to plaintiff's personal injury law, joining forces with attorney Alan Bernstein. By 1997, Robert, Alan Bernstein, and Benjamin Andrews co-founded the Law Firm of Andrews, Bernstein & Maranto, PLLC. The firm relocated in 2011 to the historic Hamlin Mansions at 420 Franklin Street in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood, where Robert serves as Managing Partner.

For over thirty years, the firm has focused exclusively on representing clients in serious injury cases, growing to become one of the largest personal injury practices in Western New York with a team of over twenty-five dedicated staff members.
