Adrienne Dresevic

Adrienne Dresevic is a founding partner of The Health Law Partners, P.C., located in Far Rockaway, New York. Her expertise spans all areas of healthcare law, emphasizing Stark Law and fraud and abuse. She provides comprehensive counsel on compliance, reimbursement, and payor audits.

Before attending law school, Ms. Dresevic worked as an auditor in the Asset Based Lending Group at NBD, where she was promoted to officer in 1995. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2002 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During her time at Wayne State, she received the Wayne Faculty Awards in Criminal Law and Contracts, along with the Dean Scholarship and a scholarship for outstanding performance in Health Law.

Ms. Dresevic is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association (Health Law Section). She is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Health Care Law Section). Within the ABA, she contributes as a member of the Publications Committee and serves on the editorial board of the ABA E-Source publication.
