Benjamin Z. Katz is dedicated to fostering long-term client relationships by providing comprehensive legal services in Estate Planning, Probate & Administration, and Residential Real Estate. In addition to his legal practice, Benjamin serves as a Consultant to various mortgage companies. He has extensive experience instructing real estate and mortgage licensees and has co-authored and edited multiple editions of the textbook, Mortgage Lending Principles and Practices.

Benjamin is a NYS Certified Real Estate Instructor and actively participates in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association. He volunteers as an attorney for Free Legal Answers through the ABA and is involved with the Estate Planning Committee of the Senior Lawyers Division and the New York City Bar Association's Consumer Affairs Committee.
