Jeffrey Lawrence Koenig

Jeffrey Lawrence Koenig began his academic journey at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, graduating in 1999. He then pursued his legal education at Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law in New York. During his time at law school, Jeffrey was actively involved in the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, where he represented wartime refugees, igniting his passion for assisting victims.

After earning his J.D., Jeffrey gained significant experience working under the senior trial partner at a prominent New York City medical malpractice defense firm. Here, he developed a deep understanding of defense strategies, attending numerous trials as a trial preparation associate.

Jeffrey then dedicated his career to representing injured victims, spending 17 years at two nationally recognized plaintiff personal injury law firms. Throughout his career, he has tried countless cases and achieved numerous jury verdicts in New York State and Federal Courts.

In 2008, Jeffrey played a key role in a trial at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, which resulted in a landmark verdict exceeding $44 million. This was the largest Labor Law/construction site injury verdict in New York and ranked as the 47th highest verdict in the United States that year.

Jeffrey's exceptional ability to recover substantial settlements for his clients has earned him lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He continues to advocate tirelessly for victims of construction accidents and negligence.
