Laura Ann Daniels

Laura Ann Daniels is a seasoned attorney practicing family and matrimonial law as a solo practitioner in New Rochelle, New York. Her substantial experience in handling domestic violence cases provides her with a distinctive understanding of the emotional intricacies involved in divorce and family court matters. Regularly appearing in Supreme and Family Courts, she is known for her vigorous litigation on behalf of her clients. However, she also prioritizes reducing litigation by fostering mutual respect and cooperation to achieve amicable settlements.

Ms. Daniels earned her law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2000, following her graduation with a B.A. magna cum laude from Hunter College, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. During her time in law school, she served as editor of the Family Law Newsletter, contributing articles on topics such as bankruptcy, divorce, and mediation in matrimonial cases.

With years of experience representing clients in divorce and family court matters, Ms. Daniels has also worked as a staff attorney for a non-profit legal provider focusing on domestic violence.
