Patrick W. Begos

Patrick W. Begos is a founding member and senior partner at his firm, where he leads the trial and appellate group. Bringing 19 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, Patrick is a seasoned attorney in New Rochelle, New York. He primarily handles business and personal disputes across various commercial areas, including ERISA benefits, insurance coverage, and securities transactions.

Before founding his firm, Patrick was a partner at Molton & Meekins in New York City from 1995 to 1998. He also worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from 1990 to 1995, and Lane & Mittendorf from 1988 to 1990. Patrick's legal education was completed at Columbia University School of Law (J.D.), following his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University (BA with honors).

Patrick is actively involved with the Defense Research Institute, participating in the Trial Tactics and Life, Health, and Disability Sections. He is also a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association and serves on the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Trial Evidence subcommittees of the American Bar Association. Previously, he was part of the Committee on Art Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, Patrick's practice includes defending ERISA claim administrators and disability insurers in trial and appellate courts, pursuing lender liability claims, and representing real estate stakeholders in disputes. He also assists business owners with issues involving partners, shareholders, creditors, and suppliers.
