Regina Fitzpatrick

Regina Fitzpatrick serves as a partner at the esteemed O'Connor & Partners, PLLC in Poughkeepsie, New York. Raised in Queens and educated in Ulster County, she graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Albany in 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies. During her time at Albany, Regina was part of a teaching collective, instructing the course 'Introduction to Feminism'.

Regina pursued her legal education at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York, where she was awarded a St. Thomas More Full Merit Scholarship, graduating in 1998. She is a proud member of the New York State Bar.

Her legal career began at a prominent firm in New York City, followed by a stint in sales. In 2002, Regina returned to Ulster County, joining Larkin, Axelrod, Trachte & Tetenbaum, LLP, focusing on Matrimonial/Family Law and Criminal Defense. By 2004, she transitioned to Mainetti, Mainetti & O’Connor, where she discovered her passion for Personal Injury Law.

Regina is affiliated with the New York State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Ulster County Bar Association. She has successfully litigated numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients. Outside her professional life, Regina enjoys spending quality time with her significant other, Effrain, and their cherished son, Danny.
