William J. Sipser

William J. Sipser has established himself as a prominent figure in Labor Law and Employment Law Discrimination over the past thirty years. His legal practice is centered on representing clients in issues such as age discrimination, race discrimination, and disability discrimination, focusing on employee rights. William brings extensive litigation experience to both state and federal courts, as well as various governmental agencies, where he represents both individuals and labor unions.

William has successfully prosecuted significant cases, including appeals to the Appellate Division of the State of New York and the federal Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In September 2004, he argued a pivotal employment discrimination case before the New York State Court of Appeals, the state's highest court.

His expertise extends to briefing, arguing, and winning critical cases before the New York State Appellate Division, First Department, in Manhattan. Additionally, he has handled numerous administrative cases and arbitrations related to employment issues, including grievances and discharge cases.

Recognized for his effective role in employment discrimination alternative dispute resolution, William was a featured speaker and participant at a forum on mediation of employment disputes during a continuing legal education seminar at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
