Greg D. Porter

Greg D. Porter was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of Bishop Fenwick High School in Middletown. After completing Ohio's Firefighter Training Program, Greg answered the call to serve by joining the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Following his basic and combat training, he pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati. His studies were interrupted by a tour of duty in Iraq, but upon his return, he completed his Bachelor's degree. Greg then earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and gained admission to practice law in the State of Ohio, as well as in the U.S. Federal Court, Southern District of Ohio.

In 2012, Greg joined Rodríguez & Associates as an attorney and became a named partner at Rodríguez & Porter in 2015. His practice is dedicated to civil cases, including Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court matters such as Domestic Violence Protection Orders, Civil Stalking Protection Orders, Custody, Visitation, Abuse, Child Support, Special Immigrant Juvenile Relief Status (SIJS), Dissolution, and Divorce. Greg is also involved in civil litigation, representing clients ranging from small businesses to subcontractors with construction disputes.

Greg's expertise extends to representing clients before local and state administrative agencies, such as the Ohio State Board of Education and the Ohio Department of Liquor Control. He has achieved significant success for his clients through Summary Judgment, effectively resolving cases and saving substantial costs before trial.

Outside of his legal practice, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, their three sons, and their four dogs. He is actively involved in his community, having coached numerous baseball and basketball teams in Fairfield, and is a devoted supporter of his sons' sporting events.
