Jessica Powell

Jessica Powell is a distinguished attorney at Kruger & Hodges, based in Hamilton, Ohio, where she focuses on personal injury law. Her journey in the legal field began with a unique background; she entered the workforce at 14 and lived independently by 16. Jessica financed her own education, graduating with honors from college. She then worked at the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Disability Services, managing disability claims for the Social Security Administration.

While employed full-time, Jessica pursued her legal aspirations and attended law school, achieving the top position in her class. Post-graduation, she served as a staff attorney for a state court judge before joining a national law firm. There, she specialized in cases involving defective prescription medications, medical malpractice, and negligence, challenging some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies globally.

A native of the tri-state area, Jessica currently resides in Adams County, Ohio. She enjoys gardening, raising chickens, cooking, and spending time with her family, including her two rescued basset hounds.
