John Herrnstein

John Herrnstein is a dedicated attorney who has been serving the legal needs of clients in Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding areas for over three decades. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, John earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting in 1980, followed by a law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1983, both with honors.

Throughout his career, John has prepared thousands of Wills, Power of Attorneys, Trusts, and sophisticated estate planning devices. He has extensive experience in the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships. John's litigation expertise spans personal injury, wrongful death, real estate matters, and construction law, having tried hundreds of cases in Summit County and across northeastern Ohio.

John's practice also includes representing businesses of all sizes, assisting with start-up needs, collection matters, employment issues, and document preparation. His proficiency in real estate law has guided numerous clients through home sales, purchases, leases, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Active in his community, John has contributed as a long-time baseball coach and member of various community organizations. He is also affiliated with the Ohio State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association. John and his family proudly reside in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
