Lindsay Robertson

Casey L. Saunders, a sole practitioner in Sulphur, Oklahoma, is renowned for his expertise in civil litigation at the federal appellate levels. He has a particular focus on handling social security disability appeals in federal district and circuit appellate courts.

Mr. Saunders holds a B.A. degree from East Central University and a J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Saunders is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). He also contributes to the legal community as a Board Member of the Social Security Law Section of the Federal Bar Association.

Mr. Saunders shares his knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at East Central University, enriching the next generation of legal professionals.
