Monica Collison

Monica Miller Collison serves as a dedicated Senior Associate Legal Counsel at Stange Law Practice, located in Oklahoma City. She is committed to providing thorough legal support for families facing challenging divorce and family law issues throughout Oklahoma County and nearby areas.

Monica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in May 1999. During her academic career, she was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honorary Fraternity and selected as the law student representative for OU's interdisciplinary training program on child abuse and neglect. Her academic achievements include making the Dean's Honor Roll and receiving an Academic Achievement Award in Trial Techniques. She also gained practical experience by supporting Professor Robert S. Spector as a family law student intern and clerking for the late Honorable Glenn Dale Carter.

Before law school, Monica completed her Bachelor of Science in Family Relations and Child Development at Oklahoma State University. Her career prior to joining Stange Law Practice included operating her own legal and consulting firm in the Oklahoma City area. She founded the Oklahoma Rural Association in 2017, where she continues to oversee initiatives in economic development, energy, rural education, and healthcare.

Monica's earlier roles include serving as President and CEO of an Oklahoma-based insurance company, and working as an executive director, general counsel, and legislative liaison for Oklahoma’s largest domestic insurance and non-profit organization. Her extensive professional background equips her to effectively represent clients in family law cases.
