About Rachael Dewberry
Rachael Dewberry was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. She earned her B.A. in Journalism, with a specialization in Television News, from the University of Oklahoma in 1999, and later completed her Juris Doctor in 2002, graduating in the top quarter of her class. In 2014, she established the Dewberry Law Firm.
Her legal career commenced as an Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa County, where she prosecuted Deprived, Misdemeanor, and Felony cases. Rachael was recognized as the “Outstanding Misdemeanor Prosecutor” and conducted over 30 jury trials, enhancing her litigation expertise. She also served as a Domestic Violence Prosecutor with the District Attorney’s Council, providing support to smaller counties across Oklahoma.
Rachael is an active member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association and the Cleveland and Oklahoma County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. In 2017, she joined the Leadership Norman Class to deepen her community involvement.
Currently, Rachael holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Mary Abbott Children's House, advocating for child abuse victims. She was selected for the 34th class of Leadership Oklahoma, a program uniting leaders dedicated to state progress.
In addition to managing her private practice, Rachael serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Oklahoma’s Civil Service Division, presiding over employment-related hearings. She is also engaged with Impact Oklahoma (2023–2024), a philanthropic group supporting initiatives in Family, Health & Wellness, Education, Community, and Arts & Culture.
