Ryan Christner Owens originates from Marietta, a charming rural community on the Oklahoma side of the Red River. He embarked on his academic path at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 2005. Following this, he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, completing his law degree in 2008.
