Eric Graydon Lair

Eric Graydon Lair began his career in litigation at a prestigious Oklahoma law firm after earning his degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December 1994. From 1996 to 2006, he honed his skills at a smaller firm, gaining extensive experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings. During this period, Eric observed the significant impact litigation can have on both individuals and businesses.

Currently, Eric focuses on providing outside General Counsel Services, notably serving as outside General Counsel to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, where he handles a variety of legal matters. His comprehensive experience makes him a versatile legal professional adept at meeting diverse legal needs.

In his civil litigation practice, Eric has represented clients in cases ranging from catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death to commercial and business disputes, including real estate and oil and gas sectors. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1989.

Eric is a member of the Oklahoma State and Tulsa County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He holds admission to the Oklahoma Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
