Jerry Dean Lundy

Jerry D. Lundy is a dedicated sole practitioner with a rich history of legal service in Tulsa and Broken Arrow since 1995. A Broken Arrow native, Jerry graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1987. He pursued higher education at York College in York, NE, earning Associates degrees in Arts and Sciences with honors. He furthered his education at Missouri Southern State College, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree, where he was recognized as the Political Science Major/Graduate of the Year. Jerry then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, School of Law.

Initially, Jerry worked alongside Mr. C.W. Hack, offering broad judicial representation in general practice. He later joined a Tulsa real estate firm, gaining extensive experience across seventy-two of Oklahoma's seventy-seven counties. Since 2001, he has operated his general practice under the name Lundy Law Firm.

Throughout his career, Jerry has maintained offices in Broken Arrow and Tulsa, representing thousands of clients. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, real estate, adoption, and criminal defense. He holds a "BV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.

Family is a central aspect of Jerry's life. He is married with two children, whom he considers his pride and joy. Jerry cherishes the community ties in Broken Arrow, where he grew up, and values the participation of his family in local activities.

Jerry is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma and is admitted to all three Federal Courts in Oklahoma: Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts. His dedication to his clients and community is evident in his commitment to providing exemplary legal service.
