Lucius 'Luke' James Wallace's legal career was profoundly influenced by a personal experience during law school. This pivotal moment inspired his lifelong dedication to advocating for consumers against car dealers, banks, mortgage servicers, and other businesses that exploit their power.

Luke represents clients in both state and federal courts across the United States. His practice areas include car dealer fraud, wrongful mortgage servicing, banking errors and predatory practices, credit reporting errors and identity theft, illegal debt collection, and predatory lending. Credentials and Recognition
Luke is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated Attorney and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2006. He received the Vern Countryman Consumer Law Award in 2017 and was named Co-Warrior of the Year by the Trial Lawyers College (South Central Region) in 2004. Since 2006, he has served as a faculty member at The Trial Lawyers College. In 2002, he was honored as the Trial Advocate of the Year by the National Association of Consumer Advocates.

Luke is a 2001 graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. He earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1994 and his B.A. from Phillips University in 1991.
