Kimberly K. Ridge

Kimberly K. Ridge began her professional journey as a labor and delivery nurse at a community hospital in Massachusetts, where she dedicated approximately eight years to caring for patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. Her deep understanding of medical processes led her to pursue a legal career, obtaining her law degree from New England Law | Boston.

She launched her legal career at a Boston-based medical malpractice firm, focusing on claims related to injuries sustained by mothers and babies during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post-birth. Her commitment to this field is driven by a desire to support those affected by medical errors.

In addition to her legal practice, Attorney Ridge served as a risk manager at a tertiary medical center in Boston. This role provided her with insights into hospital operations and responses to adverse medical events. She facilitated government agency surveys, including those by DPH and CMS, and gained significant experience in investigating and reporting serious reportable events (SRE) to the Department of Public Health.

Returning to plaintiffs' medical malpractice, Attorney Ridge remains passionate about advocating for those harmed by medical negligence. She aims to drive systemic change through her work in medical malpractice claims, striving to prevent future errors.
