Josh Davis

Josh Davis, a fifth-generation Oklahoman, has a family history in Garfield County dating back to the Cherokee Strip opening. With nearly five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Enid, he developed a deep understanding of case prosecution. In 2011, Josh transitioned to private practice, becoming a partner at Martin, Cameron, and Davis. His prosecutorial background now informs his defense strategies for clients facing charges such as DUI/DWI/APC, drug possession, violent crimes, and property crimes. Josh is the sole member of the National College of DUI Defense in Northwestern Oklahoma, underscoring his dedication to this legal field.
