Kimberly K. Ridge began her professional journey as a labor and delivery nurse in Massachusetts, dedicating approximately eight years to caring for patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum phases. Her extensive nursing experience laid the foundation for her transition into law, where she obtained her degree from New England Law | Boston.

Her legal career commenced at a medical malpractice firm in Boston, where she focused on cases involving injuries to mothers and babies during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. This specialization allowed her to leverage her medical knowledge effectively in legal proceedings.

Kimberly further honed her expertise as a risk manager at a tertiary medical center in Boston. In this role, she gained valuable insights into hospital operations and their responses to adverse medical events. She facilitated onsite surveys from government agencies, such as DPH and CMS, and managed investigations into adverse events, reporting serious reportable events (SRE) to the Department of Public Health.

Returning to plaintiffs' medical malpractice, Kimberly is driven by a commitment to assist those affected by medical errors. Her goal is to prevent future incidents by driving systemic change through her legal practice.
