Kathy Peck

Kathy Peck completed her undergraduate education at Washington State University and earned her law degree from Willamette University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington, focusing on employment law.

Ms. Peck is a prominent lecturer on employment law topics and has authored articles for the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Law Institute, the Bureau of Labor and Industries, and the American Arbitration Association, among others. She has shared her expertise as an adjunct professor at Willamette University College of Law, teaching courses on employment discrimination.

She is one of only 15 Oregon attorneys and fewer than 1,500 nationwide to be inducted into the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. Her peers have recognized her excellence, as evidenced by her inclusion in Chambers USA as one of America’s Leading Lawyers in employment law and in “The Best Lawyers in America.” Additionally, she has been consistently selected by Oregon Super Lawyers and Portland Monthly as a “recommended” attorney in the metro area.

The Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers selected Ms. Peck for its inaugural edition, honoring women attorneys with the highest ratings in legal ability and ethical standards. She has maintained an AV rating, the highest possible, from Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years.
