Stephen Stallings

Stephen S. Stallings is a distinguished trial lawyer with more than two decades of expertise in the legal field. His practice encompasses False Claims Act/qui tam cases, white collar defense, commercial and securities litigation, as well as FCPA, corporate compliance, and internal investigations. Known for his role as lead trial counsel, he handles intricate federal cases with skill and precision.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Stallings spent over seven years as an Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. During his tenure, he prosecuted fraud and public corruption cases, managing all phases from investigation to appeal. His work spanned the U.S. Attorney's Offices in the Southern District of Florida, Miami, and the Western District of Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh.

Mr. Stallings is a member of the Pennsylvania and Florida Bars and holds admission to practice in numerous federal district and appellate courts nationwide.
