Dina Brilliant

Dina Brilliant is a highly regarded attorney based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with a focus on Workers' Compensation law. She earned her BS in Business with a minor in psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She then pursued her legal education at the Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, KY, graduating in 1993.

Upon completing her law degree, Ms. Brilliant began her career working with employers and insurance carriers, gaining valuable insights into their strategies for defending workers' compensation cases. In 2001, she shifted her focus to representing injured workers, effectively applying her defense experience to advocate for claimants.

Ms. Brilliant is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including the Federal District Courts of these states. She is an active member of the Philadelphia, Bucks County, Lehigh County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and has notably served as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Bucks County Bar Association.

In 2013, Ms. Brilliant achieved certification as a Specialist in the Practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
