E. Edward Qaqish

E. Edward Qaqish is a seasoned attorney committed to delivering effective legal services to the residents of the Lehigh Valley. Born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, he graduated from Liberty High School before pursuing higher education at the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. There, he obtained a degree in Political Science with a minor in History in 2006.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Attorney Qaqish attended Widener University's School of Law in Harrisburg. During his tenure, he achieved academic excellence as a Widener Merit Scholar and served as an Internal Editor for the Widener Law Journal. His practical skills were further honed at the Widener Civil Law Clinic, where he was certified to represent clients. He graduated with honors in 2010.

Following law school, Qaqish started his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Douglas W. Herman, President Judge of the 39th Judicial District, covering Franklin and Fulton Counties. In this role, he gained valuable experience in Criminal Law and Civil Litigation, eventually becoming the Head Law Clerk for the district. His responsibilities included handling complex legal issues such as evidence suppression, expungement, contract breaches, personal injury, and landlord/tenant disputes.

After several years in Franklin County and a brief period practicing in Dauphin County, Attorney Qaqish returned to the Lehigh Valley. He established his practice to serve clients in his hometown, utilizing his comprehensive legal background to address a wide range of legal concerns. His commitment to the community and his professional journey have equipped him to effectively mitigate legal challenges for his clients.
