Vincent Rubino

Vincent Rubino, born in Brooklyn, New York, has dedicated his career to practicing bankruptcy law in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1988. With a wealth of experience, he has successfully represented over 8,000 clients in bankruptcy proceedings.
