Daniel Martin Keane

Daniel M. Keane is a Shareholder at the firm, where he focuses on family law, DUI defense, dependency, general criminal defense, civil litigation, and Orphan's Court litigation. Dan is actively involved with the Bucks County Children & Youth Attorney Conflict List, representing parents in dependency and termination of parental rights cases. He also serves as a conflict attorney for the Office of Guardian Ad Litem, appointed by the court to represent children in dependency proceedings.

In addition, Dan is on the Bucks County Orphan's Court Attorney Appointment List, handling guardianship and termination of parental rights litigation. His family law practice covers all domestic issues, including divorce, child and spousal support, and child custody. He is adept at drafting and negotiating domestic contracts such as property settlement agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Dan's civil litigation work includes contract disputes and collections. He collaborates with homeowner and condominium associations to enforce their rights, including litigation for fee and dues collections. Dan earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Before joining the firm, Dan spent seven years in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Starting as an Assistant District Attorney, he was promoted to Chief Deputy District Attorney. During his tenure, he prosecuted over 1,000 DUI cases and argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. As one of five trial coordinators, he handled cases involving homicide by vehicle and murder. Dan also led the Narcotics Prosecutions, overseeing all drug-related crime prosecutions in Bucks County.
