Elissa Goldberg

Elissa C. Goldberg, Esquire, has been a dedicated family law attorney practicing in Pennsylvania since 1995. After initially focusing on foreign adoptions for two years, she established her own family law practice in Doylestown, Bucks County. With over two decades of experience, Elissa has been assisting clients in achieving favorable outcomes in matters such as divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, surrogacy, and special relief. Her practice extends to the courts of Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

Recognizing the emotional toll of litigation, Elissa trained as a divorce mediator over 19 years ago. She also specializes in Collaborative Law Divorce, where both parties agree to resolve matters outside of court. As a member and officer of the Bucks County Collaborative Law Group, she actively promotes these more humane divorce options.

Elissa graduated from Temple University law school and resides in Bucks County. In addition to her family law practice, she prepares Property or Marital Settlement Agreements, Custody Complaints, and Stipulations. Her services also include drafting simple Wills, Power of Attorney, and Living Wills.

Elissa is passionate about helping to form new families through adoption, including stepparent, grandparent, and same-sex partner adoptions, as well as surrogacy. She is proficient in facilitating legal name changes for adults and minors, including transgender individuals, and assists Pennsylvanians with identification updates, such as obtaining RealID compliance.
