Benjamin Andreozzi

Benjamin Andreozzi is the Managing Partner at Andreozzi + Foote, where he dedicates his practice to representing survivors of child sexual abuse in civil cases. With a national scope, Ben has represented hundreds of abuse survivors, including victims in some of the country's most high-profile sexual abuse cases. Notably, he has advocated for many of Jerry Sandusky's victims and numerous Catholic clergy abuse survivors.

Ben's expertise in child sexual abuse cases is frequently sought after by the media, leading to appearances on major platforms such as the Today Show, Good Morning America, and NBC Nightly News. His insights have also been featured in the New York Times and USA Today. In addition to his legal practice, Ben educates other attorneys on handling child sexual abuse and crime victim civil cases.

A testament to his skill, Ben, alongside Nathaniel Foote, secured a record $88 million jury verdict for a young sexual abuse victim. He is equally proud of achieving significant non-economic results and influencing institutions to enhance child protection measures.

Ben is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Arizona, New York, and New Jersey, and collaborates with attorneys nationwide to represent sexual abuse survivors. His professional affiliations include the National Crime Victim Bar Association Advisory Board, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, and the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Club.

Benjamin Andreozzi earned his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he led the national trial competition team as captain.
