Christopher Arthur Dreisbach

Christopher A. Dreisbach offers extensive experience in criminal defense and civil litigation, practicing in both state and federal courts. He has adeptly defended clients against serious charges such as rape and homicide. In civil matters, he has successfully represented individuals and corporations in complex cases involving federal civil conspiracy, regulatory violations, and intricate personal injury claims.

Before transitioning to private practice, Mr. Dreisbach served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office for four years. During his tenure, he prosecuted a wide range of cases, including homicide and violent offenses, and supervised the county’s ARD and Bad Check Restitution programs. His dedication was recognized in 2009 when he was named Dauphin County’s Victim Advocate of the Year.

Mr. Dreisbach earned his JD from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was awarded the Barrister Award in Trial Advocacy and several Outstanding Oral Advocacy awards. He gained practical courtroom experience as a certified legal intern at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and completed a clinical internship at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of Dartmouth College, class of 2000, where he was active in varsity lacrosse and a member of Theta Delta Chi.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Mr. Dreisbach is a respected member of the Dauphin County, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and Dartmouth Bar Associations. He is also affiliated with the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
