Daniel Martin Keane

Daniel M. Keane is a Shareholder at the firm, offering extensive expertise in family law, DUI defense, dependency, criminal defense, civil litigation, and Orphan’s Court litigation. He is actively involved with the Bucks County Children & Youth Attorney Conflict List, representing parents in complex dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Additionally, Dan is a conflict attorney for the Office of Guardian Ad Litem, where he is appointed by the court to advocate for children in dependency proceedings.

Dan is also part of the Bucks County Orphan’s Court Attorney Appointment List, handling guardianship and parental rights termination litigation. His family law practice encompasses divorce, child and spousal support, and child custody. He is adept at drafting and negotiating domestic contracts, including property settlement agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

In his civil litigation practice, Dan manages contract disputes and collections, collaborating with homeowner and condominium associations to enforce rights and litigate fee collections when necessary. Dan earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Before joining the firm, Dan served for seven years at the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. He began as an Assistant District Attorney and advanced to Chief Deputy District Attorney. During his tenure, he prosecuted over 1,000 DUI cases and argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. As one of five trial coordinators, he handled serious cases, including homicide by vehicle and murder prosecutions. Dan also led as Chief of Narcotics Prosecutions, overseeing all drug-related crime prosecutions in Bucks County.
