Elissa Goldberg

Elissa C. Goldberg, Esquire, has been practicing family law in Pennsylvania since 1995. After gaining experience in foreign adoptions, she established her own family law practice in Doylestown, Bucks County. For over two decades, she has been committed to helping clients achieve favorable outcomes in matters such as divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, surrogacy, and special relief issues. Elissa regularly represents clients in the courts of Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.

Recognizing the emotional toll of litigation, Elissa has been a fully trained divorce mediator for more than 19 years. She is also skilled in Collaborative Law Divorce, a method where both parties agree to stay out of court, and she serves as an officer of the Bucks County Collaborative Law Group. Elissa graduated from Temple University law school and resides in Bucks County.

Beyond her primary practice areas, Elissa prepares Property or Marital Settlement Agreements, Custody Complaints and Stipulations, as well as simple Wills, Power of Attorney, and Living Wills. She takes pride in facilitating adoptions, including those involving stepparents, grandparents, and same-sex partners, and assisting with surrogacy arrangements. Additionally, she is experienced in legal name changes for adults and minors, including transgender individuals, and helps clients with birth certificate or identification changes for RealID compliance.
