Robert E. Gordon

Robert E. Gordon is a highly experienced civil litigation, Intellectual Property (IP), and patent attorney operating from our Doylestown, Bucks County office. He adeptly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of complex commercial litigation cases. Robert is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, regularly appearing in state and federal courts throughout Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, and the surrounding areas.

Robert has successfully represented individuals and large corporations, securing multiple six-figure judgments for his clients. His extensive civil litigation experience also encompasses personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Additionally, Robert is authorized to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His previous role as a full-time patent attorney involved providing patentability and infringement opinions, authoring and prosecuting patent applications, and safeguarding clients' innovations.

Robert's passion for patents and intellectual property was kindled during his undergraduate studies at Penn State. Following graduation, he worked as an engineer before pursuing a law degree at Widener University School of Law (now Delaware Law School).

Outside the courtroom, Robert is an avid supporter of Philadelphia sports teams, including the Phillies, 76ers, Flyers, and Eagles. He and his family have proudly held season tickets to the Eagles for over fifteen years.
