Robert Thomas Repko

Robert T. Repko is a dedicated founding partner with a focus on providing legal assistance when it is most needed. He has developed a successful trial practice in divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and protection from abuse. His expertise extends to DUI/DWI, criminal defense, juvenile law, and underage drinking cases.

In addition to his work with individuals, Mr. Repko represents businesses and corporate entities in construction litigation, mechanic’s lien, and real estate matters. His extensive trial experience encompasses both jury and bench trials.

Mr. Repko is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Illinois. His federal court admissions include the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.

Beyond his legal practice, Attorney Repko serves as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College. He is also a former member of the Montgomery County Inn of Court, which is affiliated with a national organization focused on enhancing trial lawyer quality in America.
