Scott MacNair

Scott MacNair is a seasoned attorney based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and a partner at Clemons Richter and Reiss. He graduated from the Villanova University School of Law and began his legal journey in 1998 with the Pennsylvania State Education Association, focusing on labor and education law.

In 1999, Scott secured a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Linda K.M. Ludgate at the Court of Common Pleas in Berks County, Pennsylvania. By 2001, he joined the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. His career there flourished as he was promoted to Chief of Narcotics in 2004 and then to Deputy District Attorney, and later Senior Deputy District Attorney in 2005. Throughout his tenure, he conducted over 20 jury trials and numerous bench trials.

In July 2006, Scott joined Clemons Richter and Reiss, where he currently serves as solicitor for Springfield Township, Haycock Township, Milford Township, and Wrightstown Township. Additionally, he acts as the solicitor for the East Rockhill Township Zoning Hearing Board and Richlandtown Borough Zoning Hearing Board. His practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including criminal defense, DUI, municipal law, civil law, and litigation.
