About Susan Maslow
Susan Maslow is a Co-Founder and Partner at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn LLP, bringing extensive experience in complex transactional corporate law. In 2023, she contributed as a chapter author and co-editor to the ABA-published book, "Contracts for Responsible and Sustainable Supply Chains: Model Contract Clauses, Legal Analysis, and Practical Perspectives."
Beyond her firm, Susan serves as a Senior Advisor to the Responsible Contracting Project at Rutgers Law School and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Her contributions to the field have earned her recognition as a “Super Lawyer” in Philadelphia Magazine and the Delaware Valley Region Attorney of the Year, Power Players Awards, by Philadelphia SmartCEO Magazine.
