Susan Maslow

Susan Maslow is a Co-Founder and Partner at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn LLP, bringing extensive experience in complex transactional corporate law. She is dedicated to working with clients and their advisors to address business challenges. With a blend of good humor and adept negotiating skills, her practice focuses on Business Transactions, Corporate Governance, Private Finance, Service and Supply Contracts, and Non-Profit Operations. Susan is committed to drafting precise documents, finding satisfaction in aligning parties with conflicting interests to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Since January 2020, Susan has dedicated her efforts as Vice Chair of the ABA Business Law Section Uniform Commercial Code Committee’s Working Group to Draft Human Rights Protections in International Supply Contracts. She also chairs the Corporate Sustainability Law Committee, formerly known as the Corporate Social Responsibility Law Committee. In 2023, she contributed as a chapter author and co-editor to the ABA-published book, "Contracts for Responsible and Sustainable Supply Chains: Model Contract Clauses, Legal Analysis, and Practical Perspectives."

Beyond her firm, Susan serves as a Senior Advisor to the Responsible Contracting Project at Rutgers Law School and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Her contributions to the field have earned her recognition as a “Super Lawyer” in Philadelphia Magazine and the Delaware Valley Region Attorney of the Year, Power Players Awards, by Philadelphia SmartCEO Magazine. To enhance her conciliation skills, she completed basic Good Shepherd mediation training.
