Roy L. Galloway III, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, pursued his undergraduate studies at Clark Atlanta University, graduating with honors in political science. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law. Roy is licensed to practice law across all courts in Pennsylvania.

Roy began his legal career as an associate at a reputable law firm in Pottstown, PA, where he honed his skills in family law. He later joined a larger firm in Lemoyne, PA, focusing on insurance defense.
