Ann Delcollo

Ann Delcollo has been providing dedicated legal advocacy since 1992, with a focus on both courtroom and out-of-court representation. She became part of the litigation team at Ciccarelli Law in 2016, where she continues to handle cases in Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Social Security Disability, DUI & DWI, Traffic Tickets, Family Law, and Divorce.

Ann earned her B.S. from Lock Haven University in 1989, followed by her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1992. She began her career defending medical malpractice, personal injury, and asbestos lawsuits. Her roles included serving as Trial Counsel for Allstate Insurance Company and Senior Trial Counsel at Nationwide Insurance Company.

In Chester County, Ann worked as Trial Counsel, focusing on criminal defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, and social security disability cases. She has also served as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, overseeing settlement conferences and negotiations.

Ann is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has contributed to continuing education seminars on topics such as “The Art of Cross-Examining the Expert Witness” and “Arbitration Practice in Philadelphia County.”

Residing in Chester County with her family, Ann is active in her community. She volunteers as a youth basketball coach at the Kennett YMCA and serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Ann is an avid runner, having completed the Megatransect, a 27.5-mile ultra-trail marathon in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, in 2015.
