Juliana Menezes de Araújo

Juliana Menezes brings extensive experience as a former Immigration Judge and a seasoned trial attorney, dedicated exclusively to immigration practice. She served at the Boston and Chelmsford Immigration Courts, where she adjudicated cases involving asylum, withholding of removal, CAT, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status.

Prior to her judicial role, she was an In-House Attorney for the Brazilian Consulate in Hartford, Connecticut for over six years and also served as a criminal Prosecutor in Florida. Following her tenure on the federal bench, Attorney Menezes established her own private practice to manage all aspects of immigration law.

Attorney Menezes holds a Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M College of Law and a Bachelor’s of Law from the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. In Brazil, she was admitted to practice as a member of the Recife BAR Association (OAB/PE). Additionally, she possesses a Master’s Degree in Business.

Her practice offers flexible remote appointments, including phone and video consultations, to accommodate clients' schedules. Communication via WhatsApp is available and promptly addressed.
