Ralitsa C. François

Ralitsa C. François was born in Livingston, New Jersey, and raised in Buford, Georgia. Proud of her Haitian heritage, Ralitsa graduated cum laude from Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, complemented by minors in Pre-Law and Psychology. As a student-athlete, she held leadership roles, including executive member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha, and co-captain of the cheerleading team.

Ralitsa's professional journey began in the trucking and logistics sector as an account executive at XPO Logistics. Here, she honed her leadership and communication skills by managing teams of logistics coordinators and liaising with major clients such as Amazon and USPS.

Pursuing her passion for law, Ralitsa attended the Charleston School of Law, graduating cum laude and ranking in the top 11% of her class in 2021. During her studies, she was a Presidential Honors Scholar, an assistant editor of the Maritime Law Bulletin (MALABU), and an active member of the National Black Law Student Society and the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society.
