Mark Ekse

Mark Ekse is a distinguished Registered Patent Attorney and a member of the State Bar of South Dakota. His legal expertise encompasses licensing, trademark, and copyright law. Mark adeptly handles cases involving patent disputes, infringement, and various intellectual property matters. Mark serves as an adjunct professor at the University of South Dakota, where he teaches Patent Law and Intellectual Property. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University (1988), a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University, and a Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of South Dakota.
