Adam H. Johnson

Adam H. Johnson serves as an Associate Attorney at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, where he focuses on civil litigation in the realm of personal injury. His expertise includes handling cases such as car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and Jones Act matters, which involve federal protection for maritime workers. Mr. Johnson effectively represents clients in disputes with insurance companies, guiding them through the complexities of litigation. This process involves managing written discovery, conducting depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts, and preparing cases for trial when necessary. His extensive experience includes successfully trying cases in various counties throughout West Tennessee.

Originally from Chicago, Mr. Johnson relocated to Memphis in 1992, making it his adopted home. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in 2003 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2008. During his time in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Bernice B. Donald at the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He was also an active member of the University of Memphis Law Review and the Moot Court Board. In 2006, Mr. Johnson and his partner won the University of Memphis Advanced Moot Court Competition, and he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Civil Rights in 2007.
