Chasity Sharp Grice

Chasity Sharp Grice is a seasoned attorney in Bartlett, Tennessee, with a strong focus on estate planning, probate, and elder law. A Tennessee native, Chasity is admitted to the Bars of Tennessee and Texas. She earned her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, concentrating in Transactional Tax Planning.

Her career began at Certified Public Accounting firms, where she specialized in estate planning for families with middle to high net worth. Following this experience, Chasity established her own law practice, focusing on probate, estate planning, and family law. In 2014, she joined Peppel, Gomes & MacIntosh, P.C., which later became Peppel, Grice & Palazzolo, P.C., continuing her work in probate, estate planning, and elder law.

Chasity frequently serves as a guardian ad litem and attorney ad litem, appointed by Shelby County probate court judges, and represents individuals with mental disabilities in emergency judicial commitments before the Mental Health Court. Additionally, she has acted as a Substitute Judge for Shelby County Probate Court Judges in Divisions I and II, as well as for Shelby County General Sessions Court Judges.
