C. Jay Ingrum launched the Ingrum Law Firm, PLLC in 2023, following 23 years at Phillips & Ingrum, where he practiced alongside his father, Bob Ingrum, and John R. Phillips, Jr. His career began in public relations, law, and insurance before fully transitioning to legal practice. Jay specializes in criminal law, family law/domestic relations, personal injury, probate, juvenile law, and collections.
